Opening this spring in Restaurant Row, Nomikai is the perfect location for guests looking to drop in for an elevated fast-casual option, cocktail, or a full evening out. With three distinct experiences, Nomikai will offer guests a true sense of discovery: a quick-serve sushi to-go counter, serving premium cuts of sushi and made-to-order, cut and handrolls; an elevated sushi restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, showcasing a contemporary take on traditional Japanese; and a speakeasy featuring an extensive sake and Japanese whiskey collection alongside an innovative cocktail program.
