Hotel and Suite Policies

All guests must be at least 21 years of age to book a suite, purchase and consume alcoholic beverages, and to gamble. Movies, snacks, and beverages from mini-bars are available for purchase. Our mini-bars use weight sensors and fees will apply to your account as soon as items are removed from the refreshment center.

Exhibiting and/or sale of goods, products, or services are not permitted in guest suites. 

Regardless of billing or master account arrangements, you are liable for any and all charges posted to your suites. You are further liable for all damage to the suite caused by you or your guests during your stay. Pursuant to Nevada's Innkeepers Statutes, the hotel is not responsible for the theft, loss, damage, or destruction of any property, money, jewelry, documents, clothing, or articles brought on the premises or left in the suite or suite safe during or after a stay.

Telephone calls made from hotel phones to hotel operators or other hotel staff may be monitored or recorded by management for the purpose of quality assurance, training, security, or mutual protection.

You understand that we collect, store, and otherwise process personal information about our guests and visitors related to their reservation, stay, and other interactions with us during their visit. To learn more about our information practices, read our Privacy Notice.

All times referenced below are in US/Pacific Time, local hotel time. The Venetian Resort management reserves all rights.

Offers

††Added Values are subject to availability, may be substituted at any time, and will be provided in a form of a voucher at check-in. Exact Added Values and/or terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and must be charged to the suite to redeem.

Blackout dates apply. Rates and dates are subject to availability. Any additional night may be booked at the prevailing rate. Offers are restricted to fewer than 20 suites and are not valid on any group booking or for existing reservations. Your reservation must be coded to the applicable offer in order to redeem the non-suite components, if any.

Prepaid Offers. For prepaid offers, a deposit for the entire stay, including suite, fee, and tax, will be charged at the time of booking. Unless stated otherwise in the offer, bookings made using a prepaid offer are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and cancellation will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. All third-party payments must be made in advance of the first night of your stay as stated in the offer by contacting the hotel at 702.414.1000.

In the event any of the offer terms and conditions stated above in this section or on the offer page (collectively “Offer Terms”) conflict with the Hotel Terms and Conditions below, the Offer Terms shall prevail.

Venetian Rewards Online Bookings

All Venetian Rewards reservations made online should be made under the name associated with the loyalty account. Venetian Rewards bookings made online with a name other than the name associated with the loyalty account may be updated with the name associated with Venetian Rewards prior to arrival. HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Booking and Check-In

Limit of 1 suite per reservation request. Limit of 4 guests per suite. Groups of 20 suites or more must contact Group Sales for more information at 888.283.6384 or LV_Hotel_GroupSales@VenetianLasVegas.com.

All reservation requests must have the first and last name of the adult guest(s) occupying the suite.

To check-in, the guest coded to the offer must be present with a valid identification and provide the booking credit card. In the event the booking credit card and the booking credit card holder are unavailable at the time of check-in, the deposit will be refunded to the booking credit card and another form of payment will be required.

Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on the first day of your reservation. It is your responsibility to notify us at 866.659.9646 if you anticipate arriving after 11:59 p.m. If you do not check-in nor notify us of your delayed arrival within the specified check-in time, your entire reservation will be canceled and your deposit for the first night’s stay will not be refunded. We may reinstate or rebook your reservation subject to suite availability. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Check-ins prior to 3:00 p.m. and check-outs after 11:00 a.m. are subject to additional fees.  

Preferred suite type, location and specific amenities are on a request basis only as actual suites are not assigned until check-in.

Mobile Check-In and Checkout

You consent to receive recurring SMS messages (including text messages), including by any automated telephone dialing system, using artificial or prerecorded voice, or other methods, from us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone sending messages on our behalf to the specific number(s) you have provided to us, with information or questions about your stay, including, but not limited to, reservation information, check-in and check-out reminders, suite readiness notifications, and orders you may have placed with us.

You certify, warrant, and represent that the telephone number you have provided to us is your contact number and not someone else's. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls and text messages at the telephone number you have provided to us. You agree to promptly alert us whenever you stop using a telephone number. Venetian and our agents, representatives, affiliates and anyone sending messages on our behalf may use such means of communication described in this section even if you will incur costs to receive such messages, text messages, e-mails or other means, which may occur.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

A deposit of the first night’s stay, including suite, fee, and tax, will be billed upon reservation confirmation. You will receive a full refund if the reservation is canceled no later than 72 hours prior to arrival unless otherwise stated in promotions or offers received. A credit card incidental deposit of $150 per night is required upon check-in for suite charging privileges for non-Signature Suites. Signature Suite incidental deposits require a minimum of $500 for Penthouses or $2,500 for Presidentials per stay. Third-party payments (i.e. payments by anyone other than you), including credit card authorizations forms, will not be accepted at check-in or during your stay. All third-party payments must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the first night of your stay by contacting the hotel at 702.414.1000.

Taxes, Surcharges, and Resort Fee

Daily rates do not include the applicable Clark County Room Tax of 13.38%. Starting rates are based on double occupancy.

For reservations with more than 2 guests per suite, a charge of $50 is added to the daily rate for each additional guest 13 years of age or older. For Prestige level reservations, additional guests between 5 and 20 years of age are $50 per guest, per night and additional guests 21 years of age or older are $75 per guest, per night.

Quoted rates are based upon your length of stay. If you alter your arrival or departure dates rates are subject to change. Non-confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.

Rates include a daily Resort Fee of $50 plus tax per night, payable upon check-in. The Resort Fee includes:

  • Access for two to the fitness facility within the Canyon Ranch® spa + fitness
  • In-suite internet access (WiFi or Ethernet)
  • Boarding pass printing
  • Unlimited local and toll-free calls
  • Access to thousands of top newspapers and magazines using PressReader app while connected as guest to Venetian or Palazzo WiFi

If you have questions about the Resort Fee, please inquire with the Front Desk Agent upon check-in.

Check-out prior to your scheduled departure date will result in an additional charge of $100 plus tax.

Parking Fees

Venetian Rewards Sapphire members and above receive complimentary self-parking. Venetian Rewards Ruby members and above receive complimentary valet parking. Nevada residents receive 3 hours of complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver’s License at a self-parking kiosk.

The daily fee for registered hotel guests is $18/day, seven days a week. For non-hotel guests, the fee is $18, Monday – Thursday, and $23/day Friday – Sunday. Valet parking is $40/day. Event parking rates may be in effect and are subject to change; check posted signage for additional details.
