Beloved Venice Beach produce-forward concept, Gjelina will join our illustrious food and beverage offerings later this year.

This Vegas outpost marks the third restaurant location for Gjelina, a SoCal staple renowned nationally for its locally sourced dishes. Gjelina, named after founder by Fran Camaj’s, mother is built on the foundation of family. Gjelina Group creates hospitality experiences delivered from a place of purpose and driven by simplicity. When the original location opened out of Fran’s apartment on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice Beach in 2008, it set the standard for sustainable restaurant practices and remains the premier case study for sustainable dining today. Since its original Venice Beach location, Gjelina Group has unveiled Gjusta, an all-day cafe named after Camaj’s aunt, followed by Gjusta Goods, Gjelina Grocer and most recently, Gjelina New York City.
