Cruise Certificate
How will I receive my Cruise Certificate?
Participants will be sent their certificate including any upgrades via e-mail within 10-14 days of hotel check-out. The certificate will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on file. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure their contact information (address, phone number, email) on their Grazie Rewards membership account is up-to-date and correct. Failure to update contact information on membership account may result in not receiving or being notified of cruise certificate.
What if I do not have an e-mail address on file?
Participants will be contacted via phone by their host or a Venetian representative with their certificate number.
What if I do not receive an e-mail or am not contacted via phone with a certificate number within 14 days of hotel check-out?
Participants may contact Princess directly at 1-844-249-9590 Mon-Sat, 8:00am to 5:15pm PST after 14 days of hotel check-out and provide Name and Grazie Rewards number for assistance.
Booking Information
How do I book my complimentary cruise? To book your cruise, please call 1-844-249-9590 Mon-Sat, 8:00am to 5:15pm PST. Please have your cruise certificate number ready when you call (it is located on the front of your certificate).
When can I sail? Valid sailing dates are noted on the front of your cruise certificate.
Do I need a passport to travel? We strongly recommend traveling with your passport.
Can I purchase a cabin upgrade? Yes, upgrades are based on availability and can be purchased at prevailing rates. Please ask your Princess Cruises booking agent for more details on upgrading your cabin when you call in to book your cruise certificate.
Can I bring additional guests? Yes, a third and fourth person can be added to your cabin for an additional charge; based on availability.
What itineraries are offered with my cruise certificate offer? Valid itineraries are noted on the front of your cruise certificate.
Where can a list of voyage itineraries that meet the destinations listed on my cruise certificate? For a full list of ships and available sail dates, visit www.princess.com.
What if I want to cruise on an itinerary that isn’t listed on my certificate, or book a longer cruise than my cruise certificate offers? Please ask your Princess Cruises booking agent for more details on purchasing cruises outside of your complimentary certificate offer when you call.
Does Princess offer beverage packages? Yes, you can purchase drink packages for bottled water, soda, coffee, certain alcoholic beverages and all-inclusive packages. For more details and pricing please call our Celebrations Support Team at 1-855-500-7690
Does Princess Cruises offer transportation to and from the airport? Princess Cruises does provide airport-to-ship transfers which can be purchased when you make your cruise booking. From the airport, you’ll be transferred to your ship or hotel. Please note: if you haven’t purchased your air travel arrangements from Princess Cruises, you must provide us with flight details prior to purchasing your transportation.
Can I use my cruise card to get funds in the casino? Yes, there is no charge at the slot machines for using your cruise card to access funds. You can charge up to $3000 per day on your cruise card to play in the casino. For any transactions done at a table game, or at the cashier’s cage, there is a 3% service fee. Please see the casino staff onboard for further details.
Do you offer casino credit lines? If so, how can I establish one? To apply for a line of casino credit, we ask that you complete an application at least two weeks prior to your sail date, for a minimum credit line of $2,500. Do I have to be the one to sail? Yes. While you can bring any guest you would like, this certificate cannot be gifted or transferred.
What Costs Are My Responsibility?
• Taxes/Port expenses - As a general guideline: a 7-day cruise to the Caribbean or Mexico will cost approx. $130 per person.
• Booking Deposit - A $200 non-refundable per person deposit (applies to the first two guests only) is required at the time of booking. This amount will be converted to On Board Credit and will be visible on your cruise folio on the first night of your cruise. The On Board Credit can be used toward any on board purchases. Should you fail to embark on your booked cruise, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Gratuities – Range from $14.50 to $16.50 per person, per day, depending on cabin type selected.

Cruise certificate is valid only for the invited player and a guest, and may not be sold or transferred to any other person. Cruise certificate is not valid for cash. Cruise is subject to availability and capacity controlled. Offer includes cruise fare only; taxes, fees and port expenses are the responsibility of the participant and companion. Guest is responsible for all travel expenses to and from embarkation and disembarkation ports, including all air and ground transportation, as well as the cost of all shore excursions, gratuities, fees, discretionary hotel and dining charges, meals in alternate dining venues, alcoholic beverages, boutique purchases and any other incidental costs or other expenses not specifically set forth herein. A non-refundable, non-commissionable deposit of $200 per guest is required at time of booking (applies to first two guests in stateroom only). Deposit will be returned to the guest as on board credit on folio. Certificate is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By redeeming this certificate, the recipient agrees to be bound by all such terms and conditions of the Princess Cruises Passage Contract Ticket.
