Venetian Rewards is The Venetian Resort Las Vegas’ exclusive loyalty program that allows guests to be recognized and rewarded for their spend throughout the resort and casino. The new program has more tangible benefits, more transparent earning, and more ways to earn Rewards Points.

The new Venetian Rewards Program launched on March 1, 2024, at the start of the Tier Year.

No. For your convenience, your Grazie Rewards account is now your new Venetian Rewards account using the same card number. You can access your account online using the same sign-in information.

• Jade | 0 – 2,999 Tier Points (Entry Level New Member Tier)
• Sapphire | 3,000 – 19,999 Tier Points
• Ruby | 20,000 – 49,999 Tier Points
• Diamond | 50,000 + Tier Points

No, all new Tiers were determined based on the last Tier Year of Grazie Rewards program (March 1st, 2023 – February 29th, 2024). The earned Tier Level for the qualifying year was matched in the new program based off the Grazie Tier Point earning thresholds. Any Rewards Points that were earned under the Grazie Rewards Program rolled over to the new Venetian Rewards Program under the same expiration criteria. Future Tier and Rewards Points after March 1st, 2024 will follow the new earning criteria.

By the end of February, 2024:

• If I earned 1,000 Tier Points, I will become: Sapphire
• If I earned 10,000 Tier Points, I will become: Ruby
• If I earned 40,000 Tier Points, I will become: Diamond

No. Offers and promotions are based on your gaming activity. Your tier benefits are achievements, awarded based on your tier status. Your offers and promotions will not be affected.

Venetian Rewards points will be redeemable, while Tier Points determine Tier Level and benefit eligibility. Redeeming Rewards Points does not impact Tier Points or Tier Level.

No. You retain your Tier Level regardless of how many Venetian Rewards Points you redeem. The Tier Level will only change if you don’t obtain the amount of Tier Points needed to get to the next Tier (Sapphire = 3,000 Tier Points/Ruby = 20,000 Tier Points/Diamond = 50,000 Tier Points) before March 1st of each year.

You can check your Point Balance online at venetianlasvegas.com/rewards, at either Venetian Rewards Desk, or any Slot or Video Poker Machine with the iView Screen.

Visit the Venetian Rewards Desk to set up a PIN number. Insert your Venetian Rewards card into any slot machine and select REDEEM POINTS. Enter your PIN and the amount you wish to redeem. Ask the Venetian Rewards Desk f or Instruction Cards, if needed.

• Venetian Rewards Points expire after 12 months without earning a Venetian Rewards Point
• Grazie Gifts Points expire at the conclusion of the annual Grazie Gifts event
• Tier Points balances reset to 0 on March 1st each year

No. Points and all associated benefits are non-transferable.

No. Venetian Rewards does not offer joint accounts.

No. However, you must re-qualify for Sapphire, Ruby, and Diamond Tier Levels every 12 months. On March 1st each year, all Tier Points reset to zero, and your Tier for that program year is established.
