Offer Match Rules

  1. Participation is at the sole and absolute discretion of Venetian Las Vegas Gaming, LLC (“The Venetian”). 
  2. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and sign up for Venetian Rewards to participate in this Offer Match Promotion or any of its functions ("Promotion").
  3. The Promotion is valid one (1) time only per participant. All suite and non-suite offers are valid one time only and can only be redeemed by the participant receiving the offer.
  4. Offers will be considered from luxury properties on the Las Vegas Strip only. Offers from online game providers or a property’s online gaming entity will not be honored.
  5. Participants must submit a photo of a current mail or e-mail offer to offermatch@venetianlasvegas.com with requested stay dates and a current or prior year win/loss statement from company providing the offer.
  6. Qualifying offers must include participant’s valid dates, players card number, property name, first and last name and clearly defined complimentary offers. If offers cannot be clearly read, management reserves the right to request more information from the Participant.
  7. Expired offers will not be considered or accepted.
  8. Offers are not guaranteed and subject to management’s approval. Partial offers may be offered at management’s discretion in lieu of the original offer.
  9. Upon valid submission of an offer, participants will receive a response within 3-5 business days on what, if any, offer specifics will be matched.
  10. Promotion and any offers are non-transferable. 
  11. Blackout dates may apply.
  12. Categories that may be considered for matching include card tiers, complimentary room nights, food & beverage credit, and/or slot credits.
  13. Offers will not be considered or accepted for promotional chips, free bet, or table match play.
  14. Participants are responsible for all gratuities, taxes, and all other incidentals.
  15. Any additional complimentaries will be based on casino play and reviewed at the end of the Participant’s stay. Please see Venetian Rewards desk or designated Casino Host desk for evaluation.
  16. Any dispute arising during the Promotion will be submitted to and resolved by The Venetian management in its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions are final and binding.
  17. The Venetian reserves the right to deny or reject the participation of any person for any reason in its sole judgment and discretion. 
  18. The Venetian management reserves the right to cancel this Promotion, amend the Promotion rules, change the Promotion dates, or adjust the Promotion offer in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice. The Venetian management reserves all rights. 
  19. Failure to adhere to the Promotion rules will result in disqualification.
  20. Promotion rules will be available at either Venetian Rewards desk.

General Terms and Conditions

All Promotion participants agree to abide by all Promotion rules and conditions as published and amended and shall accept as final and binding all decision(s) of The Venetian subject only to recourse to the patron dispute rules of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. The Promotion shall not be open to any employees or immediate family members of employees of The Venetian, William Hill US or any employees or immediate family members of any of their affiliates. Immediate family member means a spouse, a parent, a sibling, and a child regardless of whether any such parent is a step-parent, any sibling is a step- brother or step-sister, or whether any child is adopted or a step-child. In consideration for participation in this Promotion and or accepting one of the prizes, all Promotion participants including all winners irrevocably authorize The Venetian to take, print, publish, televise, or otherwise distribute or use their names, voices, or likenesses in any media now or hereafter existing in perpetuity without compensation. Each participant hereby accepts and agrees to the forgoing conditions and declares that he or she is not an employee or immediate family member of an employee of The Venetian, William Hill US, or any of their respective affiliates.
